1:1 nutrition coaching is a personalized, high-support experience designed specifically around you.

Together, we will work on sustainable habit change, improving your relationship with food, navigating emotional or stress eating, challenging limiting beliefs, and building a mindset that supports long-term confidence and consistency.

From our initial consultation call to your fully customized nutrition plan, progress tracking tools, a food diary, structured weekly check-ins, and ongoing messaging support, you'll have guidance every step of the way.

You will receive support, accountability, and a coach who is truly in your corner.

  • In-depth weekly check-ins where you will report on your experience, ask questions, and track your progress.

  • Access to a high-quality food tracker that I can access and share feedback on.

  • Weekly private and personal feedback, recommendations, and resources.

  • Daily messaging or voice note access to ask your questions, receive encouragement, or share struggles in real time.

  • Access to my personal recipe book.

  • One month free access to continue using the food tracker once our time comes to an end (after which it is $10/month).
